Burns Night Supper 2025
Tuesday 28th January 2025
On Saturday 25th January, our Members and their guests celebrated the life and work of Robert Burns "the national poet of Scotland", at the Club's annual Burns Night Dinner.
Guests were treated to a champagne reception followed by a three-course meal, accompanied by wines, whisky and a variety of performances throughout the night; including the address to the Haggis (piped in by Pipe Major Willie Cochrane), the Immortal memory, a Toast to the Lassies, and a rousing rendition of Auld Lang Syne to end the night. With thanks to our Chieftain for the night, Squadron Leader Geoff Day, for putting together such and exciting programme of speakers and musicians.
We look forward to an equally successful and enjoyable evening for next year's celebration!
