Henley Royal Regatta is undoubtedly the best known Regatta in the world! It is a highlight of the summer sporting calendar and the social season. The Regatta, with over 200 races, attracts thousands of visitors and the town of Henley gets incredibly busy.

Today, we solemnly remember and honour the awe-inspiring Operation 'Chastise'—the remarkable Dambusters Raid that unfolded exactly 80 years ago on this day in 1943.

RIAT, the awe-inspiring home of flight, will this year be celebrating the 100th anniversary of the first successful air to air refuelling between two aircraft.  The aspiration for SKYTANKER23 is to welcome examples of all aircraft types in service as tanker aircraft across the globe.
