Members were treated to a gourmet evening celebrating the flair of the 1970s—reimagined with a modern twist. Iconic 70s dishes were elevated by our talented culinary team, blending nostalgia with contemporary elegance for an unforgettable dining experience.
The evening’s menu featured:
~ Prawn cocktail with shredded endive, baby gem lettuce, marine rose sauce, Granny Smith apple, and pink peppercorns
~ Baby fillet Tournedos Rossini, seared duck liver, and preserved truffle jus
~ Lemon sorbet with a splash of limoncello
~ Baked Alaska with Swiss meringue and macerated strawberries
