Our Logo Change
Monday 10th June 2024
The Royal Air Force Club is proud to present our new logo, featuring the chosen crown of His Majesty King Charles III, marking a historic moment for the Club.
When King Charles III acceded to the throne, he chose to use the Tudor Crown in his Royal Cypher. Previously, the St Edward’s Crown was used by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. Our logo has reflected the St Edward’s Crown since the 1950s, following Her Majesty’s accession to the throne and Her 70-year role as the Club’s Patron until Her passing in 2022.
This emblematic shift welcomes a fresh chapter for the Royal Air Force Club, coinciding with the honour of His Majesty King Charles III recently accepting the Club's Patronage. As we embrace this change, we are committed to a gradual and mindful transition to the updated insignia, ensuring sustainability and avoiding unnecessary waste. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we implement these changes.
