On Saturday 4th March we were delighted to open our new front doors and unveil our fantastic new Lobby. The new doors enhance our security and blend well with our formidable façade. The redesigned lobby also reflects the quality of our establishment.

Flt Lt Charles Gilchrist and his wife Ann were the first Members fortunate enough to walk through our new front doors on Saturday 4th March and are pictured here with our Club CEO Miles Pooley FIH MI. Other Members are pictured here on opening day as well as our proud Front Office Manager Marton Kerek. Thank you to our Members for their patience during this 6-week refurbishment, we hope you can all agree that the end result was worth the wait.

We are extremely grateful to the Friends of the RAF Club whose donations have made this project possible. We are delighted to have honoured them with a plaque in the lobby.

The completion of exceptional projects such as this, would not be possible without the help of Fundraising and legacies. Previous capital projects such as the eye-catching Centenary Stained-Glass window designed to commemorate women in the Royal Air Force was made possible by fundraising through individual donations and legacies.
