On Wednesday 29th June 2022, we held our first Friends of the RAF Club Drinks Reception & Lunch for our Silver and Gold Friends of the Club.

The event recognised those Members that are supporting the Club’s fundraising strategy and charitable aims. AVM David Murray, the Chairman of the Club presented Silver Friends with their supporters pin during an evening drinks reception. Gold Friends were presented with their Gold supporters pins by Club President Sir David Walker during a Club lunch in the prestigious library.

As one Member wrote: “It was a pleasure to attend the Reception with my son and we greatly enjoyed the hospitality together with the presentation. I was pleased to have had the opportunity to meet both the President and the Chairman of the Club during the evening. May I wish you every success in your Appeal in the future and I hope you will receive the continued support of Members of the Club.”
