Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Royal Air Force Club will be held on Thursday 16th May 2024 at 1800hrs. We were delighted that so many Members were able to join us last year and we hope we will have a similar number this year.

To attend online
The AGM will be run via a zoom meeting. Please visit the AGM website: 2024 RAF Club AGM and click on the Online registration button. 48 hours before the meeting the joining instructions will be emailed to you. No special technical equipment, such as a webcam is required, but you may wish to register for a free zoom account prior to the meeting. This can be done here: https://zoom.us/signup (-> tx.contacta.io)

On the day of the meeting
Please ‘login’ to join the AGM from 1750hrs. This will enable the meeting to start on time at 1800hrs. Please test your speakers or headphones before the meeting starts. Please then mute your microphone.

To attend in person: Please visit the AGM website: 2024 RAF Club AGM and click on the In Person registration button. Places are limited, so your attendance will be confirmed 48 hours before the event.

Asking a question
Questions submitted in advance of the AGM are being given priority to be answered by the panel. They should be submitted in advance by 1100hrs on Thursday 10th May 2024, or by email to: agm2024@rafclubtrustees.co.uk

Questions asked live during the meeting will be answered (time permitting) or as an attachment to the minutes.

Voting
Voting will be live and only votes from Full Members will be registered during the meeting. All other Members (such as Family, Affiliate or Associate) are welcome to observe and submit questions, but may not vote.

Voting online
Please have the AGM website open to allow you to vote using the ‘voting’ buttons.

Voting in person

• Full Members at the Club will be asked to raise their hands to vote.
• The online and in person votes will then be counted.
