On Tuesday the 25th of October we had the pleasure of welcoming internationally acclaimed author Louis de Bernières to the Royal Air Force Club.⁠

This special evening centred around his lasted aviation themed novel 'The Dust That Falls From Dreams', which was a welcomed return to the epic romance, heroism and history that made his novel 'Captain Corelli's Mandolin' a modern classic. The evening included De Bernières reading passages, hosting a Q&A and book signing alongside a Champagne reception and a delicious three course meal with matching wines.⁠
